Free Screening of Observe and Report!!!

Saw Observe and Report at Long Beach State at a free screening. The movie was hilarious, definitely funnier than I expected. Observe and Report is not one of your typical Seth Rogen movies especially since he is playing a bipolar mall cop. There are so many moments in this movie, especially "WTF" moments that you and your friends will be talking about them for days. I give this one 5 out of 5 *'s. <('.'<)

Back in Long Beach!!!

Spring Break Rant @ 3:32 AM!!!

So it's been a good break, definitely needed the time away from the Beach. I've had a lot of time to myself to get stuff done, paid for a speeding ticket, got my car checked out, saw some movies, went shopping, filed tax return (finally), even read an entire graphic novel (Watchmen: Awesome). Haha notice how homework was no where to be found in that list. Anyway, coming back home and getting away from everything in college helped me put a lot of things in perspective. I actually saw my ex-girlfriend the other day, it was the weirdest thing, we didn't say a word to each other. Seeing her just made me realize how much time has past. When you come home for spring break and have nothing to do your inner Facebook creeper comes out. I find myself checking people's status everytime I sign on, I may even check their status' more than I update my own, it's crazy. It's so frustrating sometimes though not knowing what is going on with people, relying on some website to tell me everything but maybe it's just my fault if things are that way. Maybe I just need to get outside, blogging and facebook has me out of my head. <('.'<)

The Verdict: Fast and the Furious

Went to the movies tonight with my boy Chris to see Fast and the Furious and it was actually really good. I've heard a lot of people complain that they already had a "Fast and the Furious" and that they have made too many already. The difference between the first and the fourth movie is the first one was "The" Fast and the Furious while this one is just "Fast and the Furious." Haha don't believe me check it out for yourself. Anyways, back to the movie, it was awesome, the action was dead on, nice modded cars, American muscle, hot girls, and the original cast including Vin Diesel. If you like cars, girls, or in your face action check out this movie. I give it 4 out of 5 *'s. <('.'<)

Reading Watchmen!

So in my spare time I did not pickup Twilight or even tried to begin the Harry Potter series, no instead I started Watchmen. This stuff is good, this goes way beyond any comic I've ever read, it actually passes some novels I have read as far as a main idea and an overall message. If you have the time and curiosity you should check it out.
And tomorrow I'm going to see the movie with my dad!
After I'm done with this I might move onto Twilight...not likely though. <('.'<)

The Verdict: I Love You Man

So I saw I Love You Man tonight with the lovely Stephanie Garcia and it was a pretty funny movie. Aside from the creeper guy in the back of the theater and the girl with the annoying laugh sitting right behind me it was an awesome movie. I think I wouldn't mind seeing it again but next time with one of my guy friends,. The movie can definitely be a date movie but it can also be a "guys" movie, there is a lot of parts in there that dudes everywhere can appreciate. I'll give it 4 out of 5 *'s, Stephanie was a lot of fun, the previews were awesome, and we saw the movie at 10:40 P.M. <('.'<)
