Well as much as I love new technology, I'm not too excited about this. Tmobile just released its first 3G touch screen phone, following in the footsteps of AT&T and their iPhone. The phone has all the clicks and whistles that you would expect from a high end phone, wifi, gps, mp3/video playback, touchscreen, web browser, etc. but personally there are so many other phones out there that can do this so much better. The G1 has an advantage from the other phones because it has Android, which is a open-source operating system which the phone runs on. So this OS system will allow a lot of customization options for the phone. In the end, get this phone if you're desperate to get your hands on a nice phone but can't get the iPhone, Instinct, or Dare. Ha get a Blackberry. (._.)

Gym Class Heroes Concert

Not sure why it took me so long to get these up but me and some friends went to the concert, which featured Estelle and the Roots and Gym Class Heroes. Everybody was really good, *the Roots were actually amazing, they could have been the main event. Anyways, got some pics, 3 guys body surfed and fell on their heads, and I got to hear "Cookie Jar." Sweet. (._.)

Beat the Irish!!! (Volleyball: Long Beach vs. Notredame

Crazy fun night! Everybody was there to support the team and Ashley, go # 12. The beach beat the irish winning 3 of 4 games. (._.)

Sushi for Jack's Birthday!

Me and the boys went out to Joe's Sushi last night for Jack's birthday. It was a lot of fun, especially considering it was all you could eat and it was the first legitimate sushi restaurant I had been to. I ate, Calamari (squid), teriyaki chicken, some shrimp and crab rolls, and tuna and salmon. The green tea ice cream at the end was really good too. Gotta do it again soon. (._.)

cellWATCH!!! Soooooooooooooooooooooooooo cool!

Made by a company called Chinavision, the Clamshell watch is too cool. The watch has built in bluetooth and comes with a wireless headset. If your like me and hate looking like you're from Star Trek you can talk and listen directly from the watch itself. It also has a nice color screen, mp3 playback, multimedia software, USB 2.0, camera, and headphone connectivity. I want this so bad but I doubt its available or works in the states, hence the company's name Chinavision. I'll get one one day, watch. Hahaha....no. (._.)

Japanese Kite Festival

For my Japanese class I went to a Japanese kite festival at Seal Beach last weekend. It was really cool, I didn't realize so many people were into kites. Anyway, it was a beautiful day and there were a lot of awesome kites out. (._.)

Went to the Price is Right!

This past week on Wednesday I went to the CBS studios and went to an airing of the Price is Right. 34 Long Beach student went down and we all had our "CSULB [Heart]s Drew" shirts. One of our students got up on stage and had a chance to win a car. She won $3,000 at first but then lost it and the car...bummer. Drew Carey is actually really funny too. During the commercial breaks Carey tells stories and does a little bit of standup. One of the girls in our Long Beach group wanted to kiss him so Carey let her, which eventually led to him coming down to the audience and dancing with her...WILD. Anyway check me and the BEACH out on December 9 on CBS. (._.)
