If you don't know, Kanye designed his own pair of Nikes for his Glow in the Dark tour and they are soooo dope. Anyway, being a devout follower of Kanye's blog, he noted that he would begin to sell some of his designed pieces including his shoes, the Air Yeezy. My goal is to get these shoes. Not too excited about the Louis Vuitton though haha. (._.)
Today was a good day! Plenty of food, my family, and a lot of free time. So this past Saturday my 49ers basketball team played Weber University from Idaho and it was an awesome game. 3,600 fans (me included) were there supporting our team and it was a close game. For the first half the 49ers were down by 23 points but in the second half we came back and tied it up for overtime. Afterwards we kept a steady lead and finished the game strong. Good way to start off the season. (._.)
Finally on my Thanksgiving break, and I couldn't be more excited. Things were getting pretty heavy in Long Beach and with people in general, so it'll be good to get away from all that and just be with family and old friends. (._.)
So I'm listening to Kanye's new album right now and it is pretty good, some hits and misses. A lot of synthesized stuff but its good. My favorite tracks:
Marvel studios just released the news that Terrence Howard would not be returning as James "Rhodey" Rhodes in Iron Man 2. Howard will be replaced by Don Cheadle, another great actor but Iron Man material, not too sure. Reports say that the replacement of Howard came with financial problems and satisfactory acting on the set of the first Iron Man movie. Whatever the reason is, not sure that this is the best move for the Iron Man franchise, but we'll have to wait and see. (._.)
Yeah, I was pretty proud of my costume this year. Made it with a Kmart camp light and a blue balloon. Then I hung it on an under shirt and then covered it up with a white tee and a collard shirt. Anyway, I got a lot of compliments too from people when I was up in Santa Barbara. There was one girl who was like, "Ohhhh, look he's Kanye West. Fail :P (._.)
