Japanese Kite Festival

For my Japanese class I went to a Japanese kite festival at Seal Beach last weekend. It was really cool, I didn't realize so many people were into kites. Anyway, it was a beautiful day and there were a lot of awesome kites out. (._.)

Went to the Price is Right!

This past week on Wednesday I went to the CBS studios and went to an airing of the Price is Right. 34 Long Beach student went down and we all had our "CSULB [Heart]s Drew" shirts. One of our students got up on stage and had a chance to win a car. She won $3,000 at first but then lost it and the car...bummer. Drew Carey is actually really funny too. During the commercial breaks Carey tells stories and does a little bit of standup. One of the girls in our Long Beach group wanted to kiss him so Carey let her, which eventually led to him coming down to the audience and dancing with her...WILD. Anyway check me and the BEACH out on December 9 on CBS. (._.)
