Verdict: You Don't Mess With the Zohan

So I went to the movies last night with some friends and saw the "Zohan" and the movie was definitely funny. If you don't already know the story, Adam Sandler plays an Israeli counter terrorist who is ridiculously good at his job. After becoming tired of the continuous fighting between the Israelites and Palestinians he goes to America to become a hair stylist. The jokes and scenarios in this movie will have you laughing, but don't expect any political correctness. This movie is filled with stereotypes about Jews, Israelites, Palestinians, Americans, terrorists among other things. What really makes the movie great though is Adam Sandler and his character. The Zohan is the perfect killing machine but is also a professional disco dancer, hackie sack player, and has the sex drive that pleases any woman. No matter what he does you'll find yourself laughing. For anybody who knows him, the comedian Nick Swardson is also in the film and does a great job of keeping the laughs coming when Sandler isn't on the screen. A con to the movie though was that some of the stereotypes and jokes were a little over the top and it was obvious that some of the writers were trying to hard. Other than this, the movie was great and really funny, see it with your family, your friends, your guy, or your girl and it'll be a good time. (3/5 *'s) (._.)
